I have not got a clue who she is, but this  unidentified woman was photographed at the annual Bastille Day military parade and celebration in Paris yesterday.  She caught my eye as I was checking out NPR’s blog so a tip of my hat to them. Does she not have a certain ” je ne sais quoi?”

I’m not sure how I feel about the dress and shoes— but I love love love the hat.  She puts it all together so well and you gotta love her fabulous sense of style.  Vive La France!
