The world’s largest event, devoted entirely to chocolate, takes place annually in November in New York City. It’s The Chocolate Show and it features more chocolate things than you could ever imagine, including some amazing chocolate couture and yes, there are chocolate hats. ( I’m drooling.)

This photo is from the 2011 event which opened on Broadway, with a star studded parade of models wearing some amazing chocolate fashions, including chocolate chapeau that bring new meaning to the saying ” I’ll eat my hat” 

 Would you believe that headpiece is made entirely of chocolate— even the ” feathers.”  I wonder how much it weighs?  Oh well, if she gets tired of wearing it, she can always eat it.
