A native of Troy, Ohio, Deanna currently resides in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her charismatic Aussiedoodle, Joey. Commuting each day to the IU Bloomington campus, she serves as the Academic Specialist in English for the flagship’s dual credit program.  Deanna is an instructor in English and enjoys reading poetry, classic literature, feminist literary criticism, teen fantasy fiction, and student papers.
