Thanksgiving Holiday Poetry
Next week I will publish a poem by Tara Bowen that has a kind of a sort of a Thanksgiving Holiday theme, in a way, but just as when I am asking for a third helping at Thanksgiving Dinner, I want some more. Now, I’m not talking about “over the river and through the woods” kinds of stuff. Maybe something with a little family dysfunction, maybe some militant vegetarianism, maybe something about coming home to good old mom and dad from college that first time as a transformed individual. I don’t know. Just send me something good. Thank you.
